With your help and communication, we typically see applications completed within 72 hours. We will need to see proof of income, vet records and pet photo (if applicable), and you will fill out a rental verification to be sent to your current property management. We also have a 3rd party online credit screening that we will run. 

Your rent includes access to our community pools, 24/7 fitness center, trash service, superstar maintenance team, and more! Utilities are billed separately and based on usage.

Our community is pet-friendly! We allow each home to have a maximum of 2 pets and while there is no weight limit, breed restrictions do apply. Please call or text the main office at 843-873-6656 for detailed information. 

Yes and no. Phase 2 of Devon Pointe does have assigned parking. Phase 1 does not have assigned parking, but please be assured there is more than enough parking available for residents. 

Valet trash services are not available, however we do have a centralized trash compactor for resident use.

Our units are fully equipped with washer and dryer hook-ups, although the washer and dryers are not provided. Residents are welcome to bring their own washer and dryer. Renting a washer and dryer is also an option. Please contact the Leasing Office directly for more information on renting appliances. Additionally, we have a 24/7 laundry facility onsite.
